Simple Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 250 grams salted butter soft
  • 125 grams cream cheese soft
  • 350 grams powdered sugar sifted
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. Mix all the ingredients together at low speed until completely smooth.
  2. Increase speed to high and whip to desired texture.
Recipe Notes

I like to use half cream cheese and half goat cheese for more acidity.
