Frozen Yogurt Pop
  • 3 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • teaspoon salt
  • fresh fruit as needed
  • Other spices as desired
  1. Thoroughly mix together the yogurt to achieve an even texture.
  2. Separately, whip the egg whites with the sugar to form a stiff meringue.
  3. Fold everything together until well incorporated.
  4. Mold into premade pop molds, cups, or spread on a tray and, later, cut out your shapes as you like.
  5. Freeze thoroughly and enjoy.
Recipe Notes

You can add more sugar, or honey, to this recipe during the folding stage to increase the sweetness.
