This weekend I teamed up with Dinner Lab Dallas to cook a five-course pop-up dinner. Dinner Lab is an innovative new concept that allows members to taste the work of up-and-coming chefs in their area and provide feedback. I really enjoyed working with savory food and being on the line again! The drinks were flowing and I think everyone had a great time. A special thanks to TJ’s Fresh Seafood Market for providing the escolar, and to everyone who came out and shared their Valentine’s Day with me!
