Quarantine Cooking Episode 27: Pavlova

  • 400 g sugar
  • 170 g egg whites
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 90 g water
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  1. Combine all ingredients in mixer and whip to a stiff peak.

  2. Pipe in desired shape/size on a sheet tray or mold.

  3. Bake at 325F for up to one hour or until crisp on the outside.
