Quarantine Cooking Episode 8: Whole Wheat Bread

Whole Wheat Bread

  • 455 g bread flour
  • 340 g whole wheat flour
  • 6 g instant yeast
  • 560 g water
  • 17 g salt
  1. Mix all ingredients together for 6-7 minutes (longer if by hand).

  2. Allow to bulk ferment 45 minutes.

  3. Shape the dough as desired.

  4. Allow to final proof.

  5. Bake at 400F until the bread is baked through.

  6. Allow to cool completely.
