Joe the Baker, LLC is a family-run business established in Coppell, Texas in 2014. We offer small batch pastries, catering, consulting, and cooking classes in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Chef Joe Baker is a US Army veteran as well as a graduate of L’Academie de Cuisine culinary school and Troy University. He has worked at a number of fine dining establishments, including the Mandarin Oriental and the Mansion on Turtle Creek, taught at Le Cordon Bleu, and competed on several Food Network shows.

We will be closed for the season December 14 through January 31. We look forward to serving you in February!
