So Good Magazine 1


Recently, I was fortunate to work with the folks at the prestigious So Good Magazine.  I am flattered and humbled to participate in one of the best publications for haute patisserie.  If you don’t already, I would highly recommend purchasing this biannual magazine.  The website is home to some of the most up-to-date news from the pastry community and includes videos and an excellent blog.

I would also like to congratulate fellow American pastry chefs Shawn Gawle, Chris Ford, and Sam Mason on being featured in this issue.  These are three of the greatest pastry chefs in the world and they are constantly working to evolve the dining landscape.  Be sure to follow them because great things are certainly in store for them.
